Each capsule contains:

  • Iron (II) glycinate (bisglycinate) (Ferrochel™) – equiv. Iron 24mg
  • Thiamine (Vitamin B1) – 10mg
  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) – 10mg
  • Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) – 10mg
  • Levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) – 200mcg
  • Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) – 200mcg
  • Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) – 250mg

Free from: Egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your health professional.
