Shipping & Delivery
Mass Nutrition Gold Coast

This policy applies to all online orders placed with Mass Nutrition Gold Coast and shipped via Australia Post or Local Delivery.
1. Order processing times
- We aim to process orders within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping method
All online orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Available services may include:
- Australia Post Standard Shipping
- Australia Post Express Shipping (if selected at checkout)
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:
- Australia-wide (including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers)
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Estimated delivery times (Australia Post)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, weather, and peak demand.

Remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times.
5. Shipping costs
Orders under $150
- Standard Post: $10 AUD
- Express Post: $15 AUD
Orders over $150 receive FREE Standard Shipping.
6. Order tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number.
- Tracking updates are managed by Australia Post and may take up to 24 hours to activate.
7. Authority to Leave (ATL)
- By default, Australia Post may leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available at delivery.
- Mass Nutrition Gold Coast is not responsible for parcels left unattended once marked as delivered.
- If you prefer no Authority to Leave, please select the appropriate option at checkout.
8. Incorrect address & failed deliveries
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details may incur a re-shipping fee.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
9. Lost, delayed, or missing parcels
If your order appears delayed or missing:
- Please check your tracking link first.
- If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at carly@massnutrition.com.au
We will assist with lodging an enquiry with Australia Post where appropriate.
Mass Nutrition Gold Coast is not liable for delays outside our control but will always work with you to resolve issues promptly.
10. Damaged parcels in transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- External packaging
- Shipping label
We will assess the issue and arrange appropriate action where applicable.
11. Click & Collect
If Click & Collect is offered:
- Orders are usually ready within 24 hours
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection
- Please bring proof of purchase when collecting
12. Local Delivery
FREE local delivery applies to orders over $50 within a 20km radius of Mass Nutrition Gold Coast.
Please allow up to 1-3 business days (up to 48-72 hours) for delivery after placing an order.Β
By opting for Local Delivery, an automatic "Authority to Leave" (ATL) applies to all deliveries.
Customers will receive proof of delivery by signature or photo confirmation.
