Who are you and when did you start training?

Hey, I'm Tahlia but everyone knows me as Tahls. I started training 8 years ago with the burning desire to compete (how life does a 180)

What advice would you give to someone starting out in the gym?

Master the basics first. You don't need to give 100% - get meals in, hydrate, focus on sleep. Most importantly - enjoy the process, because that's where the real results live.

What's your gym playlist vibe?

Heavy. Loud. Aggressive.
Certified heavy metal girly.

If you were designing your own supplement, what would it be and what flavours?

A hormone-support + recovery blend made for women post comp and regaining health. Flavours would be - Salted Caramel & White Choc Hazelnut.
